I have had Argos since he was 5 months old. He is great with me and with the people he lives with. He loves to play with other dogs and cats. He has great respect for gates and animals that are smaller than him. He enjoys walks and loves to play chasing games. He has a submissive smile which for most is intimidating given his size. He is willful and won't go to bed when first asked but will go just under protest. He is very bad with children and should not be around them. Upon first meeting people he growls and lunges which terrifies most people and would need someone who knows how to deal with that. Given time he opens up to people well and wants to play. But it takes time, understanding and a bit of courage. He is a great dog and is my best friend. I hate to have to do this but at this point my only other option is euthanasia. Please help me.
